FAQ

Quick answers to the questions we get most. Anything else — email support@drywag.com and a human replies within 24 hours.

Will my dog actually use it?

DryWag has a built-in scent attractant that works with your dog's instincts — most dogs take to it quickly, and every order includes our free Training Spray and step-by-step protocol. If it doesn't work out, you're covered by the 30-day guarantee.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash cold with your towels, no fabric softener, hang dry. It comes out like new — hundreds of times.

Will it smell?

The sealed core traps liquid and odor inside the pad. Wash it out and it's fresh again.

What size do I need?

Small (40×60cm) suits puppies and toy breeds up to ~15 lb; Large (80×90cm) suits medium and large breeds, seniors, and multi-dog homes. When in doubt, size up.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is free on orders $49+ and takes 8–15 business days. Priority Insured (5–9 business days) is available at checkout. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

What's the guarantee?

30 days from delivery, full refund, no restocking fees. See Returns & Refunds.
