It's in the shipping confirmation email we send within 1–3 business days of dispatch. Search your inbox for "DryWag".
Tracking not showing updates yet?
New tracking numbers can take 2–3 days to show their first scan — that's normal. If there are no updates for 10 business days, contact us and we'll send a free replacement or refund your order.
Can't find your tracking number?
Email support@drywag.com with your order number (it starts with #) and we'll look it up for you — replies within 24 hours, Mon–Fri.
